Eligibility for King Abdulaziz University Scholarship

Eligibiltiy for Undergraduate program:

• The applicant must be of good conduct.
• The Applicant must have a previous secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent from within KSA or overseas.
• The Applicant’s secondary school graduation certificate must not be older than 3 years.
• The Applicant’s age is not below 17 years old or not older greater 25 years old.
• A Female applicant must be accompanied by a relative who is within the prohibited degrees with a regular resident.
• The applicant must be eligible for admission requirements.

Eligibility for Master’s & Ph.D program

• Applicant age is not greater than 30 years old for Master, and 35 Years for Ph.D.
• The applicant must obtain a recognized qualification in his/her own country with a minimum grade (very good) in case their final degree classifications were awarded in an estimate.
• English Language Test Certificate.
• The applicant must provide two recommendation letters from his/her previous faculty members.
• Applicant must not have been dismissed from one of the Saudi Institutions.
• Candidates of Arabic language and Literature, Islamic Law and Studies, Sociology, Psychology, Information Science programs must be professional in spoken and written Arabic language.

Required Documents for King Abdulaziz University Scholarship

To apply, you must have these documents ready in advance:

1. Academic Cv of the student.
2. Must have a Statement of Purpose in English for all courses except for Islamic studies & the Arabic language.
3. Previous education certificate (Must be certified by Saudi Embassy).
4. Copy of transcript (Must be certified from Saudi Embassy).
5. Recommendation letters from two of his former professors.
6. Valid Passport copy (At least one-year-old).
7. Applicant Photographs (Passport size+Big size).
