About Michael Jackson Scholarship

Students having at least a 3.0 GPA who are enrolled in a UNCF college or university for the current academic year and are studying communication arts or performing arts are eligible for the scholarship. Students majoring in communication or the performing arts who will be enrolled in a UNCF-member college or university for the 2022–2023 academic year can apply for the Michael Jackson Scholarship.

On a scale of 4.0, applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0. The scholarship will offer an award of up to $4,000 depending on the student’s demonstrated financial need as determined by the college or university they are attending.

Note: This one-time prize will be given out in December 2022.
