High-achieving African American students around the nation can apply for scholarships through the Walt Disney UNCF Enhanced Corporate Scholarship, which is funded by a $1 million pledge from the Walt Disney Company. During the spring semester of the school year 2022–2023, this program will also give students access to career-ready resources to help them achieve their goals in the entertainment industry through mentorship with The Walt Disney Company.
The UNCF Enhanced Corporate Scholarship from The Walt Disney Company aims to lessen financial burdens on students interested in careers in the entertainment sector. For the academic year 2022–2023, juniors who are chosen for this one-time scholarship opportunity will also have access to The Walt Disney Company mentoring program in addition to receiving a $2,500 stipend.
